Checkerboard Sauvignon Blanc is produced from a tiny one-third acre of our Spring Meadow Vineyard at 600 feet in elevation. The wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc Clone 1 and Sauvignon Musque and fermented using wild yeast. The fermentation process is intentionally slow, taking place in neutral French oak barrels stored at cool temperatures inside the cave.
Checkerboard Sauvignon Blanc is produced exclusively for members of the allocation list.
